  • About Artist
    Bita Fayyazi was born in 1962 in Tehran, Iran. Her nonconformist works and installations touching on society's violences against itself, the future of humanity, the fragility and transience of life, as well as Iranian social issues have elevated her to the rank of internationally renowned artists.

    She currently cumulates sixteen years of work experience in ceramics, sculpture and relief tile-making. She usually works on collaborative projects with other fellow artists. She works and teaches in Tehran.
